董抒华，女，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。

近年来一直从事先进树脂基复合材料与纳米复合材料的研究。近五年主持省部级项目2项，参与国家级项目2项，参与省部级项目5项，主持多项横向课题，发表高水平论文10余篇，首位发表专著一部。在教学方面多次获得教学质量奖及教学优秀奖,指导学生多次获得省级和校级创新创业训练项目和各类大赛奖项。
